How do I make a return or exchange?Updated 3 months ago

Returns must be initiated within 14 Days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Return by mail

To initiate the return process vIsit https://flipmits.com/apps/return_prime. Enter your order number and details about the item you wish to return. 

Once your return or exchange is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label.

Print the shipping label and drop off your return at a your local USPS location.

Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund, minus the return shipping cost, will be processed to the original payment method.

Exchange process

Upon receiving the exchange item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, the replacement is sent.
