What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?Updated 3 months ago

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please file for an exchange at https://flipmits.com/apps/return_prime within 3 days of receiving the order and include photos of the damaged items or package. Or you can reach out [email protected] for any questions. 

We will review the provided documentation and arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
